Alyssa Pick bakes delicious gluten free snacks for the Farmers Market. She attends University of Missouri, Columbia (Mizzou), her snacks included items like yummy cake balls, snack-size gooey butter cakes and more! Alyssa shared that Mizzou offers limited retail spaces every school year in the student center. Alyssa and a partner were awarded a retail space for next fall where she will be selling “on-the-go” snacks for students with dietary restrictions to include items that are: lactose free, gluten free. Alyssa plans to be at the market regularly this summer, and her fabulous snacks are worth the visit!
